The invoice includes a subscription fee

If you receive an invoice that includes a subscription fee for one or more charging points, it is because no owner has been assigned to the charging point.
To charge the owner of the charging point for the subscription fee, they need to be linked to that point.

Adding an Owner

Step 1.
Log in to the Dashboard and go to the location where you want to add an owner, then click on "Price and Access."
Click the plus sign next to the charger you want to assign an owner to.

Step 2.
Set the price for this user, usually by selecting "Use rules and default price."

Step 3.
Add the user's email address, and if you also check "semi-register user if not existing" they will receive an email to complete the registration.
If the person already has an account, they will only receive an email informing them that they have been assigned a charger and need to accept it.
