So you have received and installed a charger and it is not shown as Online in SmartCharge. Please note that once the charger has been installed, it can take up to 30 minutes before it is Online in the system.
Step 1:
Check lights and power connections.
If all is good go to step two.
Step 2:
Check internet connection
How is the Charger connected to internet LAN or 3-5G solution?
Connect your computer to the Network to see if you can access the internet
If you can go to step 3
If not, you need to look at the internet solution
If it is by ethernet make sure port 21 and 22 is open towards 40.69.47.123
Step 3:
Download right configuration
Send mail to support@current.eco and ask for configuration files.
Please tell us what charger and internet options it has.
