1. Enter a charging location and press the Price & Access button.
2. Press the Default visibility pull-down menu.
3. Decide the default visibility if no other rule is applied.
Open = The charging station is available to everyone. It shows as a public station in the SmartCharge app.
Closed = No one can charge on the station (unless other rules apply). The charging station appears as a public station in the SmartCharge app but the status is closed.
Hidden = The charging station is available for everyone (unless other rules apply), but it doesn't appear in the SmartCharge app. This visibility is often used for closed and private garages.
4. After deciding default visibility. Choose the price for end-users. The currency follows the country your charging station is located in (for example NOK in Norway). All prices can be combined. If a price should be free set 0 (zero).
Startup cost = This is a fee for when EV drivers connect to the charger. Often used to prevent short charging sessions.
Price/kWh = The EV drivers pay for the amount of electricity. Most common pricing at destination chargers.
Price/min = The EV drivers pay per minute they are charging. Most common at charging locations with fewer chargers and you want a circulation on the chargers.
Occupied cost/min = The EV drivers pay per minute after charging. Often used if you want the EV-driver to move their car after charging is complete.
