First connection
- 1. Prepare your computer, see “connect charging station/spaceLYnk Schenider” for instructions.
Quick set up:
IP address: 192.168.0.242
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 - Open Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and type 192.168.0.10 in the address field. With the oldest versions, you need to use Safari.
- Type in the standard username and password:
Username: admin
Password: admin - You will be prompted to change your password. Type in the old password admin and choose a new one with between 8 – 20 characters.
- Press Yes if the message below pops up
- If Date and time pops up, press Get from the system and Save
Update
- From the main menu press Configurator
Username: admin
Password: what you decided under step 2 above. - Check the version number in the bottom left
- If this number shows 2.3.0, skip through to step 5
- Update to the newest version
- Press System (Not the arrow)
- Hold over System at the top left and press Update firmware
- Press Choose File and select the file which belongs to the correct SpaceLYnk version (see step 4d.) (this file can be given by SmartCharge or collected from LBC-cloud).
- Find spaceLYnk-version
- Version 1 does not have a button as shown in the photo below
FW 2.3.0 for HW1 (spaceLYnk-2.3.0_hw1.xx.img) - Version 2 and up have a button as shown in the image below
FW 2.3.0 for HW2 and 3 (spaceLYnk-2.3.0_hw2.xx_hw3.xx.img)
- Version 1 does not have a button as shown in the photo below
- Press OK
- Go back to Configurator (either go back one page in your browser or close the tab)
- Press System (Not the arrow)
- Press Restore
- Press Choose File and select the file called 5.0.tar (this file is given by SmartCharge or can be collected from the LBC-cloud)
- Press Save
- Press Start page in the top right corner
Configure
- From the main menu, press LBC Config
Password: 1234 - Press Powermeter Settings in the top right
- Input the settings depending on whether a powermeter is installed
- If a powermeter is installed, select Powermeter installed and select the type.
- If no powermeter is installed, select Powermeter not installed
- Press Save settings
- Input the settings depending on whether a powermeter is installed
- Press Global settings in the top left
- Type in the license key delivered by Schneider
- Type in the location/station name
- Fill in the main circuit max
- Set Suspension time to 20 (recommended by Schneider)
- Set Ampere before suspension to 14 (recommended by Schneider)
- Choose the number of sub distributions
- Fill in the amount of ampere per sub distribution
- Press Save settings
- Type in the license key delivered by Schneider
- Press Setup EVLink in the top left
- Fill in the IP address to the first charging station (192.168.0.xx) (standard setup starts with 192.168.0.11)
- Type the name of the charging location in Description
- Choose sub distribution the charging station belongs to
- Choose phase connection for the charging station
- Press Add EvLink1
- Wait until the status is OK
- Set up the remaining charging station (192.168.0.xx) using the above steps under point 4.
Give SmartCharge external access
In order for SmartCharge to take over the operation of spaceLYnk externally, the following must be done.
- From the main menu go to Configurator
- Press System (not the arrow)
- Hold over Network og press Interfaces
- Press eth0
- Fill in the following settings:
Protocol: Static IP
IP address: 168.0.10
Network mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway IP: 192.168.0.1
DNS server 1: 1.1.1.1
DNS server 2: 8.8.8.8
The configuration is complete!
