Who determines the price of charging and how is it calculated?

The station owner has some expenses associated with the charging location such as internet connection, service & maintenance, and electricity. The charging price is often set to cover these expenses. Through the SmartCharge portal, the station owner can set a startup cost, price per kWh, price per minute, and/or occupied cost per minute.
