If SmartCharge or a partner has helped setting up the internet connection, then there might be a new subscription for internet on the invoice. This would normally be for a 4-5 G solution (cellular) with a data pack of 1-8 GB data. For remote access there are in many cases also static IP so most service and support can be handled remote, reducing the maintenance cost.
In many cases, the owner can own this subscription directly, if you want to change ownership of the subscription contact your SmartCharge partner.
