Sometimes a charging box can freeze or encounter problems. In such cases, it's helpful to know that you can restart the charging point yourself.
In this guide, we will show you how easy it is for a location owner to perform a restart.
Remember that a restart will not work if the charging point is offline.
1. Log in to the Current portal, click on LOCATIONS, and select the location where the charging box you want to restart is located.
2. Once you are on the location page, click on the charging point you wish to restart.
3. Then click on the three green dots in the top right corner.
4. Click on TECHNICAL.
5. Next, click RESTART. This will turn the charging box off and on again. Be cautious when restarting the charging box if someone is currently charging, as this will end the charging session, and it may not restart automatically.
